Tea Cakes, Quilts, and Sonshine is a picture book companion to " Blueberry Man" by the same author and illustrator. It's also a true story but this time it is about the author's grandmother and the way she always brings joy to people around her throughout her century old life. Besides her family, Mrs. Tennant always makes time for three activities: baking, quilting, and weekly Sonshine programs. Over many years, she brings sweetness, and joy to countless lives. It's a story full of color, warmth and hope.
