A magic cloak woven by fairies grants any wish made by a child and is gifted to Bud and his sister Fluff, who become royalty in the land of Noland. King Bud seeks to rule wisely, while Fluff becomes enchanted with the cloak’s powers. Meanwhile, Queen Zixi of Ix covets the cloak and disguises herself to get closer to it. Various characters begin to test the cloak's magic, causing confusion and unintended consequences across the kingdom. The first half builds a whimsical yet tense fantasy world centered on magic, justice, and temptation.
